The Anglo-Swiss Club of Locarno was proud to present a 2023/24 season of films shown in English, all shown at the Rialto il Cinema di Locarno Muralto, all at a ticket price of CHF 10.
The first season of 8 films was an unqualified success. While the cost of the season was not fully met by ticket revenues, it will clearly be possible to present a second season, and we will be working towards that.
We want to thank everybody who attended for their support, the Rialto for the excellent venue, and we especially thank Katy Meyer for her extraordinary determination to make this season happen at all.
