Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach, butter and sage

Piccata di vitello alla milanese con risotto allo zafferano – piccola insalata verde
Veal piccata with saffron risotto and a small green salad

Mousse al cioccolato, panna cotta ai lamponi e sorbetto alla frutta
Chololate mousse, panna cotta with raspberries and fruit sorbet
